Improvements to Jackie School - October 2025

To accommodate the additional nursery children an extra teaching space was needed.  The existing classrooms were also plastered and painted to facilitate using the walls for phonics displays.

After the building materials were delivered, work started.

The plasterers worked on Independence Day to complete the work whilst the children weren’t there.

 The front wall was then added to the ‘unfinished building’.

And paint was bought ready to paint the classrooms at the weekend.

On Monday morning Milton reported that, ‘The children and teachers were very excited in their classes this morning. Thank you very much for the support and effort.’

External plastering

Milton’s update: ‘This is where we have reached. All rooms are enclosed with doors and windows, the floor and the wall are all worked on.  Furniture is ordered. Thank you, all that’s left is a celebration of the official opening and to begin using it.
